Caramel Apple Pie- Layers of fresh Granny Smith apples baked to perfection with sugar and
spices, topped with  a brown sugar streusel and thick homemade caramel sauce.

Chocolate Mousse Cake- chocolate sponge cake laced with a grand Marnier syrup, layered
with a light and smooth, bittersweet mousse, made from the finest French chocolate, and rich
cream topped with chocolate shavings.

New York Deli Cheesecake- Classic, rich and creamy New York Style cheesecake
made with a hint of lemon and vanilla, baked on a buttery graham cracker crust.

Heath Bar Cheesecake- rich and smooth cheesecake swirled with chocolate toffee pieces and
topped with chocolate ganache, caramel sauce and heath bar crunch.

Cherry Cheesecake- sinful New York Style cheesecake topped with sweet cherries dressed in
dulce syrup.

Strawberry Shortcake- sponge cake laced with a sweet syrup, layered with fresh strawberries
and sweet cream, topped with glazed strawberries.

         Key Lime Pie- tart and creamy filling made with real key lime juice and condensed
milk, baked in a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with sweet whipped cream.

Carrot Cake- smooth cream cheese icing delicately layered onto multiple slices of moist carrot
cake and garnished on top.

Turtle Brownies- rich chocolate homemade brownies topped with pecans, caramel sauce and
chocolate ganache.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries- strawberries hand-dipped in White Belgium chocolate and
striped with dark chocolate ganache.
