POULTRY

Lemon Chicken- chicken breast pan-seared with a lemon butter sauce, topped with
freshly cooked mushrooms. Served over rice and sauteed vegetables.

Chicken Marsala- seared chicken breast and mushrooms cooked in marsala wine,
finished with a demi glacé, served on a bed of linguine.

Chicken Parmesan- lightly breaded chicken breast with our house made marinara,
topped with melted mozzarella. Served on abed of linguine.

Chicken Curry -pan-seared chicken breast topped with peppers, onions, zucchini and
potatoes. Served over white rice.

Chicken Cacciatore- pan seared chicken in tomato sauce with peppers, onions, black
olives, mushrooms over linguini.


BEEF
Homemade Meatloaf- soft, homemade meatloaf, smothered with mushroom gravy,
served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables.

Angus Steak- marinated 10-oz New York strip steak, served with hand- cut fries and
vegetables.

Pot roast- homemade beef brisket and vegetables slowly cooked, served with garlic
mashed potatoes and gravy.


PASTA

Fettuccini Alfredo- grilled chicken over fettuccini tossed in alfredo cream sauce.

Lasagna- layers of ricotta cheese, mozzarella, and beef Bolognese sauce. Served with
garlic bread.

Fettuccine Carbonara- grilled chicken, bacon, and sweet peas in a cream sauce, tossed
in fettuccine.

Mulberry Spaghetti- homemade meatballs and marinara served over linguini. Served
with garlic bread.

Penne alla Vodka- penne pasta covered in vodka cream and tomato sauce and topped
with grilled chicken. Served with garlic bread.

SEAFOOD



Maryland Crab Cakes- two house made crab cakes served with creole tartar sauce, rice
and vegetables.

Blackened Salmon- Cajun style salmon served over rice with a fresh mango salsa and
vegetables.

Sesame-Crusted Teriyaki Salmon- pan seared salmon fillet encrusted with black and
white sesame seeds finished with a teriyaki glaze. Served with mashed potatoes and
sauteed spinach.


HEALTHY CHOICES

Eggplant Parmesan- fresh slices of eggplant lightly breaded and baked with homemade
marinara and mozzarella. Served with garlic bread.

Pasta Primavera- penne pasta tossed in marinara with zucchini, onions, peppers and
broccoli. Served with garlic bread. (chicken added for $2.00 extra).

Healthy Chicken Delight- lightly seasoned grilled chicken served with sauteed
vegetables.
